How long is the wait if I order one?
We build in monthly windows rather than holding stock. Orders placed before a window closes are built and shipped together — about 3 to 4 weeks for a small made-to-order run, and roughly 8 weeks for a full batch.
We do not keep a warehouse of these, and it is worth saying why before you order.
There is one direct order window a month. Everything bought before the close date is built together and shipped straight to the customer. A small made-to-order run is roughly 3 to 4 weeks from close to your door. A full batch takes about 8 weeks from order to sellable stock.
That is slower than buying a competitor's unit on Amazon tomorrow, and if you need protection this week you should buy something else this week — breathing dust for a month while you wait for the better respirator is a bad trade.
What the model buys you is the price. The first 30 units of each batch are $499 instead of $589, and the consumables stay cheap because we are not funding shelf space. If your dust is a next-month problem rather than a today problem, that is the trade on offer.
