Airflow has dropped, or the clog alarm is going off

That is the filter. Take the Complete Filter Kit — it has the P3 filter, the steel mesh pre-filter and the carbon pre-filter, so you replace the whole stack at once. The Primary Filter on its own is for when the pre-filters are still good.

The visor is scratched, hazed or pitted

A Replacement Visor drops on in seconds and it is the cheapest way to make an old unit feel new. If you grind metal, budget for these.

You are running out of charge before the day is

Buy a second battery, not a new unit. It lifts out, so one charges on the bench while the other works. A full charge is about 8 hours and takes about 4 to refill.

The charger is lost or damaged

The charger is specific to this unit — 12.6 V DC out, 100–240 V in, so it works anywhere. A universal one will not do the job. We keep them in stock for exactly this reason.
