Orders and payment
Review the items, quantities, delivery address and total before completing checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is charged at checkout, including preorders. Keep your order confirmation and include your order number when contacting us.
Preorders and delivery
Breathie Thingy respirators are built to order in monthly batches. The product page and your order confirmation describe the batch and estimated timing for your purchase. Later website updates do not replace the terms of an existing order.
US shipping is free. Respirators ship factory-direct; spare parts and promotional extras may arrive separately. See Shipping & preorders for details. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you with a revised estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Where required, we will obtain your consent to a further delay or cancel and refund the unshipped order.
Changes and returns
For an address change or cancellation request, email us with your order number so we can check the order’s status. We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days. Contact us before sending a return; we will confirm the destination, instructions and any return shipping costs. See Returns & warranty.
Warranty and product use
Every Breathie Thingy unit carries a one-year warranty. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem to arrange the next step. Read the supplied instructions and the product’s stated limitations before use. Select equipment appropriate to the task and working environment.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you. Any future changes to these terms will show an updated date and will not retroactively change an existing order.
