Orders and customer support

Checkout collects the contact, delivery and payment information needed to process your order. Stripe processes payments. We use order and contact information to fulfill orders, arrange shipping, send order updates and respond to support requests. Information needed for delivery is shared with the suppliers and carriers fulfilling that order.

Email requests

If you submit the next-batch notification form, your submitted details are handled through Web3Forms and delivered to us so we can respond to that request. You can ask us to stop these emails by replying or contacting us below.

Cart and site usage

The site stores your cart in your browser’s local storage so it can remember your selections. It also records basic usage counts, including page paths, referring website, broad mobile/desktop category and date. Our usage counter does not store IP addresses or set tracking cookies. Hosting and payment providers may process technical connection information to operate and secure their services.

Videos and external services

Embedded YouTube videos and their preview images connect to YouTube or Google services. Following Amazon, social-media or other external links takes you to services with their own privacy practices.

Contact about your information

Email us to ask about information associated with your order or correspondence, or to request a correction or deletion. Some order records may need to be kept for accounting, disputes or other obligations.
