We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days. Email us with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return instructions, destination and any shipping costs for your order.

Please do not send a return to our business mailing address without return instructions.

One-year warranty

Every Breathie Thingy unit carries a one-year warranty. If it fails, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. A photo or short video can help us understand what happened and arrange the next step.

Before your order ships

For changes or cancellation requests, contact us with your order number. We will confirm your order’s status and available options. See shipping and preorder information for payment timing and delivery estimates.
